The Coca Cola company history extends back to 1885 when John Pemberton invented the original recipe for a new cocawine. He named it Pemberton's French Wine Coca which was believed to be inspired by Vin Mariani a popular cocawine invented by Angelo Mariani. Pemberton developed Coca-Cola version of his original cocawine when Fulton County passed Prohibition legislation. Carbonated water was added later by accident when Pemberton was mixing drinks for a friend and incidentally included it. His Friends loved the new taste and everyone like to this taste so he altered the original formula to incorporate it.

Three separate companies sold three new versions of Coca-Cola were on the market by 1888. One company Candler purchased exclusive rights to the Coca-Cola formula from Wool folk Walker John Pemberton and Margaret Dozier to cut out the competition. This made the first big break in Coca Cola history. Candler incorporated The Coca-Cola Company in 1982 and began marketing the product

The drink achieved the status of national icon for the USA by its 50th anniversary. Bottles of Coca-Cola were sold starting in 1894, and cans in 1955 and the new Coke came out in 1985 after Coca-Cola attempted to change the original formula. Most consumers preferred the taste of the original Coca-Cola and many ceased purchasing the product until the company switched back to the original formula. It was renamed Coca Cola Classic to show consumers that the drink had reverted back to its original formula.

In 2005 the coca cola company launched the more drink like Diet Coke, coca cola zero and this drink also like by the people and now a day coca cola one of the best brand in the market .

Methods to improve personal and professional skills

Professional skills:

Professional skills support staff with their own learning and development of the organization and also to require coaching skills, multitasking, leadership skills . basically professional skill are effect and guidance in business activity and its include assistance with new projects and ventures as well as providing general advice. The professional skill is the process that help to solve the problem of the organization like counselling. Counselling means to helping people to recognise their feelings about problems and these problem accurately find solutions with a situation.

Counselling could involve giving advice, encouraging a change in behaviour and helping an employee accept an inevitable situation. Counselling should occur in private and without interruption from telephones secretaries with messages, etc.there are two type of counselling use by the organization .

2. Indirect counselling

Directive counselling are those counselling which to solve initiative problem and to give the actually suggesting solutions. Counsellor charts a path towards the correct decision.

Indirect counselling are those counselling to identify the problem and that the most effective way of getting to the heart of a difficulty is to encourage the other party to discuss the issue at length.

Personal skills:

Personal skills means how to manage the time for a day or how to use this time that to achieve the organisational goals and objective and how to manage personal work and company work for a day. In other word personal skills is time management '' how to use time effectively, analysing time spent over a period, day, week, monthly logs and setting objectives, prioritising work tasks, effective delegation of tasks and dealing with interruptions to planned work, planning aids, stress management and problem solving Methods: using conceptual tools, identifying own strengths and limitations, developing personal networks, management development programmes, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes etc.

Leadership skills

• The challenge of strategic integration can be overcome if the leader ensures that every member of his team and the organization share a common mission and vision. A leader can take on this challenge of integration by clearly communicating how a company's mission and vision will benefit not just the organization, but also the people working for it. The leader should explain how each individual will benefit from the mission and inspire others to share the same corporate vision.

• In order to manage a diversified team in globally expanded businesses, leadership needs to make sure that a structured communication, feedback and knowledge sharing system should be established. This will help to look upon critical situations happening in other environments ahead that can be challenging for them in future.
