The Coca Cola company history extends back to 1885 when John Pemberton invented the original recipe for a new cocawine. He named it Pemberton's French Wine Coca which was believed to be inspired by Vin Mariani a popular cocawine invented by Angelo Mariani. Pemberton developed Coca-Cola version of his original cocawine when Fulton County passed Prohibition legislation. Carbonated water was added later by accident when Pemberton was mixing drinks for a friend and incidentally included it. His Friends loved the new taste and everyone like to this taste so he altered the original formula to incorporate it.
Three separate companies sold three new versions of Coca-Cola were on the market by 1888. One company Candler purchased exclusive rights to the Coca-Cola formula from Wool folk Walker John Pemberton and Margaret Dozier to cut out the competition. Bottles of Coca-Cola were sold starting in 1894, and cans in 1955 and the new Coke came out in 1985 after Coca-Cola attempted to change the original formula. Professional skills support staff with their own learning and development of the organization and also to require coaching skills, multitasking, leadership skills . basically professional skill are effect and guidance in business activity and its include assistance with new projects and ventures as well as providing general advice. The professional skill is the process that help to solve the problem of the organization like counselling. Counselling means to helping people to recognise their feelings about problems and these problem accurately find solutions with a situation.
Counselling could involve giving advice, encouraging a change in behaviour and helping an employee accept an inevitable situation. Counselling should occur in private and without interruption from telephones secretaries with messages, etc.there are two type of counselling use by the organization .
