Nankervis et al., (2005) explains "HR management is about planning the optimum kind of workforce, hiring the best people, skilling them appropriately and shifting the mix of talent according to the demands of the marketplace. It is also about building a satisfied, productive and flexible workforce so that people like coming to work, are committed to their jobs and are prepared to innovate and change". Human Resource Management (HRM) is the function within an organization that focuses on recruitment of, management of, and providing direction for the people who work within the organization (What Is Human Resource Management).

The terms 'human resource management' (HRM) and 'human resources' (HR) have largely replaced the term 'personnel management' as a description of the processes involved in managing people in organizations. Human resource management (HRM) is an approach to the management of people, based on some fundamental principles like Human resources, which is the most important resource an organization has, and their effective management is the main point to its achievement. This achievement is most likely to be gain if the procedures are closely linked with, and do a main contribution to, the achievement of objectives and strategic plans. The culture and the values, organizational climate and managerial behavior that originate from that culture will use a major influence on the achievement. This culture should, therefore, be maintained which means that organizational values may need to be changed, and that continuous effort, starting from the top, will be required to get them accepted. Explanation of HRM:

The idea influences Organizations of today's era are highly enhancing their human resource management to fulfill their goals. (Belout and Gauvreau, 2004). The idea influences Human resource management can also be said as it is one of the main procedures in a project-oriented company, where the organization uses the human resources and how their employees acknowledge the employment relationship.(Huemann,Turner at al. 2007).Sometimes organizations breakdown their human resource management strategy into two main objectives, i.e. to make use of the employees' skills to achieve the vital outcome of the organization and to consider the satisfaction of their employees by providing them with a comfortable working environment, remunerations and adequate training. Human Resource Management is the organizational function that deals with issues related to people such as hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training (What Is Human Resource Management). Human resource management is the main role for any type of project oriented organization. HRM is the reactive, i.e., always looking forward to what needs to be done and then doing it, rather than waiting to be told what to do about recruiting, paying or training people, or dealing with employee relations problems as they arise.

HRM is not about HR or 'people practices', it is about the management of work and people in the organization. To manage people includes both individual and collective ways. The traditional personnel management is non-strategic, away from the business, reactive, short-term, and controlled by a limited definition of its role and lower level employees. The main concentration of HRM is on developing people and their experiences. If personnel management is remedial, HRM is defensive. The main goal of HRM is its evolving strategic role. HRM is also more competitive than training and development. Its purpose is multi-disciplinary from the starting to the end. It is a systematic process of continuously allowing the employees to improve their capability and capability to play their present as well as future expected roles so that the goals of the organization are achieved more and at that time the requirements of the employees are also fulfilled to an enough amount. The basic objective of HRM is to make sure the availability of capable and eager workforce to an organization. Apart from this, there are other targets and objectives like the communal, organizational, functional, and personal. The major functional areas in human resource management are planning, staffing, employee development, and employee maintenance. These areas and their related functions share the common purpose of sufficient number of capable employees with the skills, abilities, knowledge, and experience required for additional organizational goals. Human resource management is not an end in itself; it is only a means to assist the organization with its basic objectives. Finally, HRM is the qualitative development of human beings. They are considered the most important of an organization-the sources, resources, and users of all products and different services. Human resources functions are many and varied and include such things as human resource planning, recruiting, selecting, training, counseling employees and reward management. In small organisations, most human resource functions are performed by owners or operating managers. But for, big organisations usually have a human resource or personnel department that is responsible for coordinating and directing the human resource functions in a good manner. Successful human resource management is necessary to organizational growth and achievement. For the new challenges, there are indications that human resource people will play a vital role in an organization's long term planning and some other more valuable activities.
