I have done research on personal and professional skills which should needed for personnel of Finance 4 u. I have carried out research of the three finance organization. And I found the way they developed personal and professional skills of the personnel. The basic skills that any organization's personnel is have to have skills of reasoning and they are having skills to solve the problem when it arise. Personnel have to have ability to overcome from worst situation. Personnel have also abilities to estimate and should carry out the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The personnel should be experimental in nature that will gives innovative things to do happen. Personnel need to be focused and judgemental and balanced in nature. Personnel have to have positive attitudes towards the their work and organization. The most important thing is that personnel should be flexible enough to organization. Personnel need to be creative, so they can explore innovative ideas which would beneficial to finance 4 u. Personnel need to be critical thinker, so they can overcome from every critical and worst situation. Curiousness helps to get vast detailed knowledge and which will helps to personnel to add values to their professional life. Personnel need to be planner and which will help them to do future planning for Finance 4 u. I carried out research of three financial organization to get brief knowledge of how they develop personal skills and professional skills of their personnel. Muthoot Finance, Fullerton India and Reliance Finance are three organization which I researched. Muthoot Finance, Fullerton India and Reliance Finance are dealing in finance business.

Muthoot Finance

Muthoot Finance develop their personnel's personal and professional skills by conducting learning sessions. The training are the key way that Muthoot Finance gives to their personnel. They give training to their personnel for development of personal skills and professional skills. Product training is also be part of training which Muthoot Finance gives to their personnel for development of professional skills. Need: Look at the equipment set up and become familiar with the calibration, controls and test

Reflection: I have previous experience using this test but with live voice so just needed to

build upon this experience of the test and learn how to use the automated equipment. Fairly

easy and self-explanatory piece of equipment to use. Good to get some practice with the

controls and where best to position the speaker and child. Feel ready to use the test when next

needed.

Evaluation: I'm now confident in the use of the automated equipment. I'll definitely be using it

for the older children I test in clinic. This should mean we have less variability than we might

have had when using the test with live voice.

The team members are co-ordinator, shaper, plant, monitor, implementer, research investigator, team worker, and finisher. The shaper contributes to shape the whole teams, they gives ideas to regarding pattern which will help in discussions of projects. The plant is gives the ideas of source, suggestions, proposals. The monitor is also known as evaluator, which measured analysis in projects and helps to stops mistakes from to wrong doing task. The implementer plays important role as their decisions and strategies are helps to sort out the objectives and pursue them. The resource investigator is goes outside of teams and gives ideas, information and knowledge. The teams sales people are explorer. The team worker contributes against team and reduce stress and pressure of team members. The finisher maintains the urgency of task or projects. The all above roles are not good not bad, They all performs as they are.
