Organizational Behavior studies the how people and groups act in organizations and how it is applied within the same. Usually it is done by taking a systems approach which means it interprets relationships both people and organizational in terms of the whole group, person, organization and organization. Its key purpose is to build better relationships. Some of the key concepts of organizational behavior are organizational culture, diversity, communication, organizational effectiveness and efficiency and organizational learning, (Martin, 2004).

Organizational culture is created by the individuality and sometimes the commonness of the employees within the organization. "Organizational culture is a pattern of knowledge, belief, and behavior it is the form, beliefs, norms, social patterns, the way things are done, the symbols and rituals" (Burton, Lauridsen, & Obel, 2004). Basically, Organizational culture is caused by organizational behavior. The key concepts of organizational culture are to make sure that the beliefs and values of the organization stays within the organization. A strong culture is one which everyone understands the goals and priorities of the organization. (Bateman &Snell, 2007). Being able to communicate with everyone in the organization is a key goal for a company, so meeting the expectations of the organizations culture is one way to make sure that the employees and the staff of the organization keep the door open for feedback, because this is something that organizations believe in.

Diversity is a characteristic of a group of people suggesting difference among those people on any relevant dimension. The key concepts of diversity are that an organizations success and competitive edge relies on the understanding of diversity and its benefits. In many organizations people always complain about how many men or women are on the team, if there are more men than there are women it does not make it any more diverse. Having diversity in an organization can influence individual outcomes by serving as a positive recruiting tool.

Communication is the sharing of information between two or more people to achieve a common understanding about an object or situation. The key concepts of communalization is to make sure that when people are working together that they communicate with one another to make sure that all their information is correct. Any where a person works they need to communicate with other people. Knowing where one stands with communicating with other people will help the organization's and individual's communication skills; however communication does not end with what the message said it goes farther than that. Communication is where everyone on both ends of the message completely understands what the other person is. The key concept is to make sure that there is communication between you and other people, that way there are no misunderstandings.

Business ethics is the study and evaluation of decision making by a business according to moral concepts and judgments. The key concepts of business ethics are to develop a broader and social environment. The organizations responsibility is preserve the environment and protect the employee's rights. Business ethics can be a normative and a descriptive discipline, but can be used as a way of making sure that employee rights and information is kept in confidentiality.

For a company that keeps up with the working environment they need to change. A change for an organization can be good or bad and could have an impact on what their customers think about the organization. Change management can be a good thing, it can change the way that some employees think, giving them a more lead way on their opinions. Helping the company to stay ahead more and on top of what is going on in the company. These terms and concepts relate to my organizational in many ways. Organizational behavior and culture relate by showing that my organization Casino looks at the behavior of all the employees and the staff, but sometimes they never do anything about the way that some of the people act. Organizational culture relates to the company by showing that the values that lie within the company are more important. My organization relies on customer services from employees, marketing and some values, because that is what has made them successful today. As for the rest, sometimes there is not enough communication, with how the employees speak about working there, no one could ever understand. At my organization we have supervisor, managers, directors, guest, and employees that will not speak. Sometimes in my organization guest knows the promotions before we do because marketing has not informed us of the next month promotions.

In Conclusion, with all the terms that are listed I think that my organization implements some of the key concepts listed above; however, there are many improvements that could be made. They need to use more of these concepts to be successful, more teamwork, productive, efficient and a caring environment at all times.

Change management Change management is a structured approach to change in individuals, teams, organizations and societies that enables the transition from a current state to a desired future state. For a company to keep up with the working environment they need to change. A change for an organization can be good or bad and could have an impact on what their customers think about the organization. Change management can be a good thing, it can change the way that some employees think, giving them a more lead way on their opinions. In another way change management could be successful by involving stakeholders, defining roles and responsibilities, identifying resources, setting a schedule, and establishing change-process. This kind of change benefits the company in many ways. Helping the company to stay ahead more and on top of what is going on in the company.

In conclusion, these terms and concepts relate to my friend's company in many ways. Organizational behavior and culture relate by showing that J&J Equipment Sales in Perris California looks at the behavior of all the employees and the staff, but sometimes they never do anything about the way that some of the people act. Organizational culture relates to the company by showing that the values that lie within the company are more important. My friend's company relies on their values, because that is what has made them so successful today. As for the rest, sometimes there is not enough communication, with how the employees speak about working there, no one could ever understand.  I have witnessed at this organization that when the employees want to talk to the supervisors they just walk away, and the employees are left to going and asking another worker.

In Conclusion, with all the terms that are listed I think that J & J Equipment Sales implements and incorporates some of the key concepts listed above; however, there are many improvements that could be made. They need to adopt more of these concepts to be a successful, productive, efficient and caring environment.
