TQM encourage each member of the organization remain alert, aware and responsible for their contribution as to stay focus on the quality.

Managers and employees are encouraged by the implementation of TQM as to collaborate across functions and departments as well as customers and suppliers to identify areas of improvement at any possible areas. Teamwork, increase the satisfaction of customers, cut down costs are the elements which emphasize in TQM philosophy.
