Creativity without the aim and objectives of a business as the sole interest is futility. Creativity, even though is not lacked in many employees; it is creativity in the direction that does not deviate from the business norm that may be missing. Creativity is considered to be a vital asset but not the only element for any person who is in leadership role. Creative leaders actively hunt for new problems and are especially successful in handling new challenges which demand solutions outside the routine of orthodox strategies. They often possess significant vision and are able to inspire others by their creative talents.

It is argued that creativity is an important human resource (Barron, 1988)1 which exists in all organizations. Organizations have to try to make use of this resource by devising settings which permit creative talents to thrive. (this red part was lifted) The insistent economical instability cannot be linked alone to creativity as the sole determinant in bailing-out the downward trend of present world economic crisis. Recent times, much has been attributed to creativity as a tool to business development. Despite this current trend, more and more businesses have failed to see the light of the day.

Again, this poses a critical question in the minds of entrepreneur scholars: Is creativity alone truly the driving tool for competitive business development? Although, researchers have recently shifted their attention away from entrepreneurs and their character traits towards understanding the nexus of enterprising individuals exploring and exploiting opportunities (Venkataraman, 1997); innovativeness and creativity are features typically said to differentiate entrepreneurs from other small business owners (Carland et al., 2006). It is a viewpoint that raises yet another interesting question: Is it individual creativity that leads to unique and innovative business ideas with great market potential?

Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary defines entrepreneur as "one who organizes, manages, and assumes the risk of a business or enterprise.

Entrepreneur has been described as an individual whose zeal and passion make a difference. They are seen to generate and catalyze the development of unique ideas while organizations rely on their qualities to attain their goals and objectives. (Kao,1989).

'Intrapreneur refers to a person who develops and nurtures a business unit, a division or a new venture within a large corporate organization'. (Sexton & Bowman 1991)

A review of literature indicates that entrepreneur has a high need for achievement, an internal locus of control (a belief that the outcome of events can be controlled), are risk takers. Other factors used to describe who an entrepreneur is include creativity or innovation, self confidence, need for autonomy, and a strong commitment. (Sexton & Bowman 1991)

It has been stated clearly that entrepreneur are expected to be skilled at recognizing and pursing opportunity. Therefore the ability to handle challenges is fundamental to the success of an entrepreneur.

An alternative perspective found in previous entrepreneurship literature acknowledges that entrepreneurship is not only about creative and innovative thinking (the art), but also requires the business competence and knowledge (the science) (Jack and Anderson, 1999). If creativity is the hallmark of business success, can we justify that failed business or multinationals lack creative personnel? Results show that individual creativity is not directly associated with the viability of the business idea. However, the influence of creativity on the viability of the business idea is fully mediated by opportunity search strategies based either on creative or knowledge acquisition approaches (Jarna Heinonen et al., 2011)

A business that is less viable can actually portray employees as cold-ice in generating creative innovations, in the same vein, competitive and creative approach can truly reposition a creeping business to a competitive cutting-edge venture.

The concept of creativity is multi-faceted and cannot be viewed only from one side of a lens.

Creativity is the powerhouse of every useful venture and on this note, a sort of phrase from Apple Classrooms of Tomorrow Today (ACOT2) further drives home the point; Innovation is the fuel that drives the global economy and it must be fostered in our nation's school.

Those who have successfully created cultures of innovation and creativity suggest that one key is to abandon efficiency as a primary working method and instead, embrace participation, collaboration, networking and experimentation. This does not mean that focus, process and discipline are not important. It is just that innovation and creativity require freedom, disagreement and perhaps even a little chaos, especially at the beginning.

Creativity involves ability to come up with new and different viewpoints on a subject. It involves breaking down and restructuring our knowledge about the subject in order to gain new insights into its nature. However, any definition of creativity is complicated because the concept has many dimensions (Wertheirmer ({1945} 1959)1.

The focus here is on entrepreneur and creativity because they are closely related. Creativity is the ability to create ideas and approaches. An entrepreneur needs to identify opportunities in line with the new ideas and approaches thereby converting them to something valuable. (Sexton & Bowman 1991)

From the above definition of creativity and illustration, Fred was not participating, collaborating, networking and experimenting as an employee. Furthermore, he lacked the knowledge of the subject - Creative Management Skills for business productivity. Creativity is something which occurs when we are able to organize our thoughts in such a way that readily leads to a different and even better understanding of the subject or situation we are considering.

In this context, Fred is an entity symbolizing the strength and power of creativity to business growth. His sack is not the object clause; the crucial point is not the number of years in service, rather his low level of creativity without innovative and competitive ideas to cause a geometric change. In any organization thriving for excellence and growth, creativity is an instrument and vehicle of productivity. Alvin Toffler found evidence that pace of change was causing "future shock" and "social disorientation" (Rickards, 1985: 186)1 and this change is an ever-present phenomenon to which business of all kinds are forced to respond if they want to stand the best of survival and prosperity. The future of an organization is dependent on so many factors, but of such factors is the power of creativity.

Justifying Fred's sack, some factors must have been considered and outlined carefully to ensure decisions were properly made. From a point of view, one can deduce that of such factors is lack of interest. When interest is low, creative ability is not fully utilized. Creative work demands both passionate interest on the part of the thinker and a certain degree of detachment from the work and ideas. Detachment from the norms and developing multidimensional way of resolving issues to boost the growth of the business revenue. Detachment from the work provides ways of seeing the issue from a different perspective. Creativity is something which occurs when we are able to organize our thoughts in such a way that readily leads to a different and even better understanding of the subject or situation in view.

The following are crucial issues in organizations which require effective creative thinking of skilled entrepreneurs in repositioning business' worth and relevance.

In the present era creativity has become a necessary skill and ability required for employees to possess in staying relevant in the employer's list. Creativity is the process of bringing something new into being. Creativity can be enhanced through skill development and conscious ability to improve on self developmental training programs. Creative productivity can be boosted in various ways. The following cannot be overruled in terms of business growth and increased productivity.

Self development involves acquiring special skills that will enable such an individual function effectively. To remain relevant in today's competitive and information age, constant development of skills and improved technical know-how is of essence. Self development is business development and growth. Additionally, knowledge acquisition provides a basis for the evaluation of the opportunity and for the development of the initial business idea. Entrepreneurs are skilled in the act of resolving issues using alternatives means, of such means is being analytical as much as possible to draw issues to their logical conclusions. Ability to analyze events of time critically is precedent to business development and growth. The need for analytical problem solving has arisen as a result of the inadequacies of level-headed thinking. It is a method of imagination along with techniques which use analogies, associations and other mechanisms to help produce insights into problems which might not otherwise be obtained through conventional, traditional methods of problem solving. In management, problems arise as different or new situations present themselves and they often require novel solutions. Business success is ability to compete favorably with competitive brands. Competitive skills of entrepreneurs are essential for business growth, viability, recognitions, productiveness and integrity. Competence in business brings diversities of different dimension in business ideas, policies, and productivity in tune to market domineering. Skilled entrepreneurs are competent entrepreneurs. Competent personnel provide developed business plan(s), boosting the resource and capital base of business asset. Competent entrepreneurs are business buffers.

Analyzing the above listed it is not solely certified or guaranteed proof for creativity but is an added advantage or benchmark for business development. Similarly the above viewpoints can't be ignored of entrepreneurs who desire the peak of business and career success. Creativity is core ingredient boosting the relevance of entrepreneurs in different fields of endeavor. Knowledge is a common universal commodity that can be readily achieved by those who reach out for it. The application of knowledge in the right direction to yield meaningful results is a practical function of creativity. Creative ability is doing common things in an uncommon way, seeing common things with uncommon eyes. Achieving results from common things in an uncommon way is competitive creativeness. Employee's creative ability is a necessary tool for business development. In same vein considering the outlined list in correlation to other effective elements of creativity for enhanced job function and business development, self development training, proactive and analytical skills, etc are of essences.

Conclusively, Torrance (1995)1 defined creativity as; the process of becoming sensitive to problems, deficiencies, gaps in knowledge, missing elements, disharmonies, and so on; identifying the difficulty; searching for solutions, making guesses or formulating hypothesis about the deficiencies, testing and retesting them; and finally communicating the results. Creativity is a quality which exhibits itself in the way in which people conduct their lives. Creative entrepreneurs see possibilities within the seemingly impossible. Creative entrepreneurs see relationships between seemingly disconnected elements, highly imaginative with reasonable foresight ability. Future-orientated, investigate new possibilities and prepare to change status quo for good prospective business outlook. The structural design of information age is driven on the wax of creative skills and abilities, insights, self development, real time functional innovations. The creative insight of an entrepreneur pushes the business across barriers of retrogressive business downtime, yielding integrated and effective approach for business development and productivity.

The warehouse of business venture lies in the creative power of ideas. Creative thinking benefits all areas and activities of management. It is required to dream up better ways of marketing goods, to devise new production methods, to find new ways to motivate people and so on. Creativity turns up in every business situation where there is a chance that things can be done in a more businesslike, more profitable or more satisfying way.

Therefore, the sack of Fred can well be justified based on the above discussion. The necessary requirements to drive a business for improved productivity in fifteen years were lacking. The twenty-first century is powered by information and analyzing this information requires creative thinkers. Skilled entrepreneurs are catalysts of change and development. Seeing the future possibility from the present enables financial management for budget implementation. Sensitive to issues that shoulder on business development and creating templates for future recovery is creativity in entrepreneurship.
