Dissemination process is the process in which during the project all the stakeholders are tried to be taken on board while deciding anything regarding the project from start to its implementation, this process actually come up with an agreed upon decision which makes it possible that all the stakeholders are very well aware of the projects running and the expected outcomes, and if something went wrong during this period so no individual can be blamed for that. And if the project is successful then it should be taken as a success of the team effort and each and every individual involved in the process should be regarded for that.
