There are two aspect of organizational culture: the culture within an organization and the culture outside and organization especially hen company operates its business globally, it has to adapt to local cultures.
Sainsbury s have their strong organizational culture along with their corporate strategies. Sainsbury s introduced the self checkout system in 2002; this helped the organization to save cost on staffing and also brings customer experience to customers.
