Here in the United Arab Emirates, one can find tenth of nationalities working in one company. This adds values to the performance of the company and improves its experience in the market. Also, it definitely increases the production. Work diversity is one of the most important reasons which make the business environment of the United Arab Emirates powerful and attractive.

Despite the fact that workforce diversity is very important; however, it leads to cultural diversity and as a result created many conflicts and challenges for the companies. Sometimes workforce diversity leads to bias. Bias is a negative issue and may absolutely cause negative consequences. No company depends on bias in its policy and strategy can success and flourish. Our religion, Al Islam, refused and stopped bias in all its kind whether it is in personal field or in any other field. In this paper, I am going to investigate the issue of workforce and Cultural Diversity in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and how this issue may cause challenges and conflicts despite the fact of its importance to the company.

Despite the fact that workforce diversity adds lots of advantages and benefits to Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank; however, the bank faces many challenges and problems due to workforce and cultural diversity such as cultural conflicts, bias and miscommunications.
