Globalisation is the stage of the economy in which an organisation in one country used to implement the resources available in the other country in order to complete the objectives of the business. The scope of the Globalisation is wide popular in the economic level of the business as it is directing the innovation and invention techniques which can be applied in the business. In such an economic stage there is a high intensity is required for the appointment of the skilled , talented and qualified staff persons in the business. It is intending to the reliable and optimistic organisation behaviour of the business which can be leading to the execution of the strategic functional order. Availability of the skilled, qualified and talented persons are helpful to learn the different innovative techniques in the business and used that for the purposeful intensive applications. In such an order organisation should maintain the discipline to always newly recruit the skilled, talented staff based on their experiences in the core area of the activity of the business. There should be the policy required to be maintained in the business in which skilled and qualified staff should have a greater place in the organisation. They are to strategically retained in the organisation with the fulfilment of their time to time demands in the business. The organisation which can fulfils the demands of the skilled , qualified people to recruit and retain them in the organisation can only be successful .
HRM is an activity in the business organisation which relates to the recruitment and selection of the new employees , it prescribes the detail procedure of the recruitment and selection of the staff for the sake of the suitability, feasibility and acceptability of the organisation as a whole, It is the task of the employment of the labour on the basis of the job description and job analysis which is pertaining to the detail specification of the jobbing factors, HRM is an activity of the managing of the human labour force in the business organisation in the precise direction of the target orientation and the goal of the business organisation (Martand,2006) HR has an active role in the globalise economy when the environment is created globally it is an emergent need in the business that the sufficient staff can be available to undertake the needs and requisites of the advanced technology and new systems development which required to be learned previously from the qualified persons who have the sufficient knowledge and experience in the related area of activity so as to make ascertain about the knowledge applications for the sake of the implementation (Roger,2007) Globalisation is the concept in which a company in one country is going to take help from the company in other country for the importing of the resources which are required in the business, it is the term in which one country is relied on the other country for the implementation of the resources, in a globalise economy dependent country is relied on the independent country for the resources mobilisation and implementation , the need of the one country is fulfilled by the other country as a source development in the core area of activity (Mash,2009) HRM planning has a focus on the determining of the recruitment strategy for the business organisation, it is deciding of the nature of the recruitments policy and how the desired level of the recruitment can be achieved in the business and how the efficient and effective candidates can be availed in the term of the business organisation? (Binni,2008) Globalise economy is the type of economy in which countries are importing the resources from the other countries for the achieving of the business objectives, in this area HRM has a significant role to play , it is the taking of the responsibility of the administration of the human resources in order to achieve the business objectives , when the human resources in the organisation are able to lead and manage properly then there is a proper co-ordination of the business activities can be possible, the essence of the globalisation is to acquire the required resources from the other countries where they are available and make application of that resources in order to achieve the business objectives in the country (Somson,2009)

HRM strategy is playing an effective role in this applications , it is the administration of the Human resources in the day to day business operations which will be flexible for the achieving of the outcome of the business. The function of the recruitment and selection has an ideal strategic role , it is the activity of the selection of right candidates in the business organisation who can be suitable , feasible and acceptable for the undertaking of the executive line of activity in the business. In the process of the Globalisation there is a high intensity and requisite of the skilled, qualified and talented persons who can make feasibility in the process of the performance management of the business. It is the ideal task of the recruiting and selecting of the people for the purpose of the execution of the business plans and objectives. In the globalise economy there is an import of the advanced technology resources is used to be made in the business applications which has the requirement of the skilled , talented and efficient staff in the organisation which is focus oriented towards the attainment of the goals of the strategy. When there is no proper source of the workforce management which is taking part in the day to day operations of the business , lack of the availability of the expert knowledgeable staff persons who has a dynamic role to play in the implementation of the HRM polices. HRM is a function in the business which determines the labour policies and the scope of the human resources in order to activate the functional objectives and directions of the business. Strategic HRM is the process of the development of the human resources in which the concentration is used to be made on the area of the selection of the candidate with the assessing of his knowledge , skills , attitudes ,aptitudes commensurate to the reaching of the goals of the business.

The impact of the Globalisation is used to reflect in the increase in the level of productivity with the adoption of the advanced techniques of the manufacturing as per the latest engineering tools. Globalisation will be reflected in the increase in the quality and the superiority of the product. In the globalise economy there is a group of the working people from the different parts of the world as the techniques which are applied in the organisation are moderate and new , it requires the executive channel of processing through the skilled, talents and knowledgeable persons who are commensurate to apply those techniques of the manufacturing with the engineering aspirations which are imported from the out side of the country. The group of the subordinates who used to call as a workforce, is organised in the environment. The workforce is constructed by the variety of the people having the different castes, cultures,behaviours,ethnicities, relegions and they used to come together in order to form a unified group for the pursuing of the common business objectives. There is a close diversity in the workforce whereby the different cultural people are coming together to implement their ideas and views in the related area of the work schedule. Increasing diversity is leading to increase in the castes and cultural issues in the different patterns of the job allocations. It is therefore in the globalise economy there is an outcome of the unity in diversity which indicates the involvement of the number of the people for the same area of activity and undertaking the tasks with the modernised techniques and innovations.
With the increase in the diversity of the workforce the workplace atmosphere is going to change. Nature of the workplace has been created as per the views and beliefs of the different persons of the different countries who have formed their group. Workplace environment is created as per the convenience and the suitability of the people involved in the working group. Workforce management is an ideal task of the HRM in which available group of the working team is managed as per the directions of the globalise environment. When the variety of the group of the people from the different backgrounds , cultures, beliefs, ethics are coming together it is creating the diversity of the people environment. Al l the HRM functions in the work organisations are affected by the policy of the recruitment and selection in the business. It is the source generator of the finding of the right people at the right time and at the right place. Strategic HRM is the process of linking the human resource function with the strategic objectives pf the organisation in order to improve the performance, in which Recruitment t& selection have an identified role. (Bratton,2003) HRM strategies are need to interrelate with the each other for the effective global interactive process. When the skilled . qualified and talented personnel can be recruited and retained in the business organisation it will be feasible for the organisation in order to implement the HRM strategies and co-ordinate the work with the efficiency and effectiveness. Strategic Model of HRM can be constructed for the Globalise environment as under in the five terms (Hiltoon, 2005) -
a) Mission And Goals - This is the ideal term of the HRM in which the goals , directives and objectives of the organisation are fixed and attempt is made towards the progress of the organisation in terms of the achieving those goals in the business. Mission statements are the ideal targets of the organisation to the direction of which the executive progress of the organisation is used to be made. Every organisation is formed for the sake of the achievement of the certain objectives in the business , these objectives are determining the fundamental processes of the business in which aims of the business policy are planned. Ideal recruitment and retention strategy is the prime goal of the business which helps to achieve the missions and goals through the employment of the staff.
b) Environmental Analysis - This is the skilled functioning of the analysing of the internal and external environment of the business. When the skilled, talented staff is employed in the business it can be flexible to do the environmental analysis to determine the probabilistic demand in the market on the basis of which the power of the supplier can be determined. Business directives can be changed time to time with the efficient and effective analysis of the internal and external business environment and remedial actions can be taken with the using of skills and talents of the staff.
c) Strategic Formulation - There can be the effective and imperative formulation of the business strategy can be done in the business on the basis of the availability of the workforce. The management of the workforce can be done with the effective and ideal process of the strategic management and formulation. Business strategies can be constructed as per the availability of the skilled , qualified and talented workforce in order to achieve the targets.
d) Strategy Implementation - Executive strategies can be formed in the business with the strategic techniques of the implementation. When the skilled ,talented and qualified staff is available in the business it will facilitate the implementation of the decided strategies and programmes of the organisation in order to make progress towards the objective forming. The functional directive of the implementation of the business strategy can be guessed by the skilled and expertise staff in the globalise economy.
e) Strategy Evaluation - The process of the evaluation of the business strategy can be done with the help of the availability of the skilled, talented and qualified staff in the organisation. Strategic evaluation will be helping to achieve business objectives which can be planned to achieve through the strategic planning. It is the process of the estimating of the value of the strategy in terms of the requirements analysis in the short term as well as the long term.

Globalisation facilitates to the import of the technology, finance and human resources in order to achieve the objectives of the business. This is an ideal tool of the innovation and invention in the business process management which will be helpful to improve the level of the productivity and sustainability of the organisation. In the globalise economy there is a dependence of one country on the another country for the purpose of the achievement of the targeted business objectives. Recruitment and selection strategy of the business is playing the ideal HRM functional directives which is helping the business to recruit and retain the qualified employees in the organisation. Potential employees are required in the organisation for the understanding the process of the globalise transactions as well as imported techniques learning , development and execution. It can be recommended to the organisation in the globalise economy that the organisation can follow the conventional wisdom of the hierarchy of the strategies in order to improve the level of the performance of the organisation. The model of the conventional strategies are as under (Macro,2009)-
a) Corporate Strategy - These are the main strategies or head strategies who controls the over all corporate objective of the business. The strategy is formulated at the top level of the management and essentially deals in the corporate plans and directives which are applicable to the each and every branch of the business through out the business organisation. Corporate objective are always aiming at the planning premises which are based on the rationality and judgement in terms of the achieving of the goals of the organisation. Strategic plans are the directive policies which are structured with the skills and talents of the staff at the corporate level can be implemental through out the every branch of the organisation.
b) Business Strategy - This is the strategy of the business in which business plans are formulated and structured at the zonal levels on the basis of the survey of the people. Business strategy is constructed for specific area of activity in the specific region of the business. It is the strategy based on the business orientation which commensurate to the prompt goals and objectives.
c) Functional Strategy - This is the strategy which is applicable for the particular functional area of activity in which the concentration is made on the constructive functional direction of the business , how the development can be done on the functional norms and executions. Skilled . talented , qualified professionals are the essential requisites of the business for the executing of the ideal functions and directives.
