CONCLUSION

This project was very exciting for all in our group as we got to learn a lot about motivation through a field trip to a private enterprise. We were able to gain a valuable insight into the minds of the employees and their psychological feelings with respect to how motivated they felt within the organisation. We ascertained the significant role that motivation plays in any organization, be it a private or a public enterprise. This is because motivation is pervasive in nature.

We would like to thank our Organisational Behaviour professor, Dr. Olive Nerulkar, for providing us with an opportunity to learn about motivation on the field through a questionnaire survey of an organisation’s employees.
