My role in the Company is to advise the family at AA on all aspects of business development and personal development - ensuring that working at AA is an enriching experience for all.
In my spare time I love table tennis, jogging, boxing and a spot of weights - preferably all together if I can.
My favourite things in the world are seeing others do well and succeed, reading and writing about personal development, and making great products and customer experiences that put a smile on people’s faces!
Tony - CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
As the CEO, I decide the priorities, values and focus of the company, and then make sure that we're living them day to day. I’m an avid business entrepreneur and my business hero is Jack Welch. I really enjoying keeping up with business and the next strategic success I can incorporate into working practice.
In my spare time I have loads of hobbies including: paintball, running, surfing, spear fishing, mountain biking and table tennis.
Chris - COO (Chief Operations Officer)
On a day to day basis I run the Company, being responsible for the interactions of the AA family. I oversee each department from Marketing to Customer Service.
In my spare time I play football, run, and spend quality time with my wife and son. I really enjoy learning all about web design and web creation techniques.
Jen - Business Development Manager
My role is as an internal entrepreneur. My goal is to grow the new businesses, and also to grow current businesses in new areas.
Out of work, the most important thing in the world to me is my family – my three clever beautiful daughters are my life. I also love snowboarding, travel, reading and concerts. I have a great interest in investments and business.
Karina - Finance Manager and Company Secretary
I'm the longest serving member of All Answers! As Finance Manager, I provide financial advice and support to the team to enable them to make sound business decisions.
I enjoy going to the gym where I run 10 kilometres, four times a week. I also love surfing – coming from Cornwall, I was brought up by the ocean so I love anything to do with the beach!
My best possession in the world is my little dog Neo, who I absolutely adore and love taking for walks in the country.
Danny - Business Analyst
As part of the Senior Management Team I enjoy helping our clients get the most from their order, whether this be laising between the researcher and client or ensuring that any changes are delivered on time.
Away from work I enjoy playing Table Tennis. Recently I have enjoyed spending more time coaching younger players, passing on the experience I have gained to others. When I’m not playing Table Tennis I enjoy reading and running.
Andy - Corporate Sales Manager
As Corporate Sales Manager, my role is to build and execute sales strategies and seek to engage our customers and their community via the web and through personal communication. I focus on four core areas: Corporate Bulk Orders, Affiliate Sourcing, E-commerce and Project Development.
Aside from All Answers I have had a successful career in the music industry playing all over the UK at arena level with countless radio play and press features. My passions are music, wakeboarding, wildlife and a vision to succeed.
Jilly - After-care Manager
I have worked at All Answers for a while now, and finally found a job I enjoy, as I get to read essays from a variety of academic disciplines, with a multitude of topics.
In my spare time I read a lot, and enjoy sampling real ale - ‘Elsie Mo’ is my favourite to date. I really enjoy listening to music, and going to gigs. I would have to say that Ska and Northern Soul, are my favourite genre.
I love new ideas, travelling and meeting thoughtful, interesting people.
Danielle - Deputy Manager
My role in the department is to ensure all orders are of the highest quality and meet the standards ordered. I also deal with customer satisfaction queries to help ensure clients leave the company happy. I find my job really rewarding, knowing that I'm helping client's achieve top quality grades. I also enjoy interacting with the clients and helping ensure they're always satisfied.
In my spare time, I enjoy all the things girls do - socialising with my friends and boyfriend, shopping, cinema-going, reading and a good old gossip over a chick flick and a bottle of wine. I also enjoy skiing, travelling and going to live shows; I love all varieties - gigs (I'm still devastated I won't be making good use of my Michael Jackson tickets!), festivals (particularly V-fest), comedians (I'm partial to a bit of Jimmy Carr) and West-End shows (Dirty Dancing is fabulous!).

My name is Katie and I am an after care team member.
I initially applied for this job because I love reading! I also like being critical and offering constructive criticism which makes me perfect for the role of Reviewing Officer. Reading essays all day is sometimes tiring but very rewarding and the bonus is sometimes I learn new things from the essays I read!
Aside from reading I enjoy going to the cinema and going to gigs. I'd love to say I'm sporty, but I'm not - the closest I get to sport is watching it on telly, and that's not often!
I love cooking too and I'm particularly focusing my energies on baking at the moment, I can make a mean scone!
I love travelling and I’m in the middle of planning a behemoth of a trip to USA for my honeymoon; starting in Las Vegas and ending in Toronto!

My role here at All Answers is as part of the Researcher Relations team, which is a brand new team designed for forging relationships and working together with our writers. We work with researchers at every step of the way from signing up to finding work, and are here as their help and support when needed.
Before coming to AA, I completed my degree in BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science, and so I have a major interest in all things Scientific. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (Science Fiction mostly!), watching TV, and online gaming!
Zack - After-care Representative
As part of the After Care team, I am responsible for quality checking, customer queries, amendments and aiding our researcher's polish the final piece of work for the client.
Outside of work, I am a massive Cardiff City fan and regularly attend matches. I love film and see my future lying in producing television and movies. Having graduated in Journalism I am quite the current affairs man and always try to keep as up to date as possible with the Worlds news. I enjoy skiing, travelling and any kind of adventure, at the moment I am saving up to go to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Holly - After-care Representative
Hi, I work within the Researchers Relations Team here at Academic Knowledge. I will be one of the friendly, helpful voices you might speak with whenever you give us a call. My main aim and duty is to provide and maintain a high quality efficient service to all of our writers and help with any questions or queries our freelance writers might have.
During my spare time, I enjoy baking, going to the gym and generally being active, I also enjoy designing and making my own clothes.

Hi I'm David. I've been working here for several weeks now and I'm basically picking up the majority of the law Quality Control responses. I am fully qualified in law and have recently completed the BVC.
Outside of work, I play badminton and squash, and golf. I also have an interest in the history of the ancient world and military tactics.
Ray - Deputy Communications Manager
As Deputy Manager, I provide support and advice to the team manager and to my colleagues.
I have taken ownership of Law Teacher, UKDissertations, Oxbridge Writers and Oxbridge Graduates.
I've been working on improving the navigation on the sites, making sure you can find the pages in Google (other search engines are available), as well as structuring the content and putting everything in the right place so that you can find it!
In my spare time I love to get behind a camcorder and film various events from weddings to family parties. I'm also learning how to make special effects but I've yet to find a way to implement Iron Man's heads-up display on one of my videos!
As well as filming, I enjoy playing squash, badminton and going to the gym.
Justin - Communications Expert
I'm a recent newbie to the Comms Team at AA. My main role is to promote fresh content to new and existing customers through our social media channels, whether it be blogs, twitter, facebook or social bookmarking sites such as Mixx, Delicious, Digg - just about any useful social media service we can use to let people know about our fantastic services. Eventually I'll produce pdf content to download through ebook and pdf directories such as scribd. I like to look at all like some kind of content megaphone. But not as loud and without the feedback.
In the my spare time I love music (Chaka Demus and Pliers, Five Star, Hearsay). I play guitar, eat chips and complain about x-factor (but secretly enjoy it). In the summer I go camping in the UK with my lovely other half and holiday to Spain whenever I can, mainly Valencia (though my spanglish is terrible). If I'm allowed I enjoy a game of Pro Evo though Emma thinks I should have grown out of it by now. Of course I like to indulge in a spot of socialising at the weekend.
My great ambition in life is to write Morrissey The Musical - The bloke out of The Smiths not Men Behaving Badly. I love Formula One - even though I fall asleep when the good bits are on. One final thing is that I'm scared of Owls. Is that weird?

Hi I'm Mat, I'm a passionate web developer hailing from Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Before coming to AA I completed two college courses in Media Production & Public Services which gave me City & Guilds and BTEC qualifications respectively these courses also increased my passion for web development. I then went on to work for over 4 years within a Sheffield based digital agency.
I am now the website monitor for AA's specialist law essays website www.law-essays-uk.com. This involves me improving, developing & promoting the website for better search engine exposure.
In my spare time, I enjoy variety of sports especially football which I play twice a week, a spot of fishing and I try and make it to the gym three times a week. My main pastime outside of work is spending time with my partner and our pet cats.

I’ve worked in the technology industry for over ten years with roles ranging from service management to web design. Technology is my passion at work and home. Nothing gives me more pleasure than running the latest Linux distro just for the fun of it or setting up my mother’s new HD-TV.
In my spare time I try to step away from a screen and get out and about with my family. I’m an untalented golfer when I get the chance and I’m also regularly beaten at tennis by people twice my age.

Out of work, my favourite past time is heading to the gym four times a week. On a weekend I like travelling the UK to hunt for the best clubs in the country. I love going to Creamfields and also DJ at several events. I enjoy watching Formula One and listening to electro house music.
Sean - Graphic Designer
My role involves using my extensive experience to design and create artwork for the Company's websites, which may include anything from banner creation, sales graphics, header graphics, or complete website redesigns. I’m also involved in producing graphics for print media such as disk covers, disks, flyers, cards, posters etc.
In my spare time I love spending quality time with my friends and family. At the weekend I can often be found following the mighty Nottingham Forest or watching Formula One, to the dismay of Lucy (my wife). I'm also a keen amateur photographer and happily snap away while walking in the Peak District.

My main working background is within the customer service sector and as a former student myself, it gives me great satisfaction to be able to help students thoroughly understand their work with the service we provide. My role in the Customer Experience department is mainly to provide quality email support to our customers. I have worked in customer services for 6 years, and helped thousands of customers via email. As I have a diverse range of skills, I also frequently assist other departments - just lately, I have been working with the Value team, and really enjoying the marketing projects I have been a part of.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my children and socialising with my friends. I’m very easy-going and always laughing! I also love social networking, and living in the virtual world.

I have several years' management experience in both the financial and retail sector, specialising in training and performance management.
Outside of work I enjoy music and sport; I used to play rugby to a reasonable level and I'm quite handy on a surfboard! My greatest passion is travel, and I get away as often as possible. I tie this in with my love of photography, and I recently qualified via the Photography Institute. I have two daughters that I enjoy spending time with, despite the drain on resources that this brings!

In my spare time I like to indulge my love of music; particularly metal and other alternative genres. You can often find me on one of my long walks, contemplating all sorts of nonsense. I also enjoy a nice cold pint after a long day's coding.
Steve - Programmer
As a PHP Web Developer/Programmer I use my technical and creative expertise and experience to deliver engaging solutions. I work on standalone solutions, as well as producing creative code that complements the efforts of the existing development team.
Out of work, I like nothing more than jetting off to ‘la belle France’ and improving my French. In my spare time I pretend to play the guitar and my favourite past time is browsing in bookshops. Nothing is more important to me than my family.
