Q. How does this work?

A. You submit your order to us by simply going to our order page. We then contact our researchers, and if we can assist you we will call or e-mail you to arrange payment. This process usually takes less than one working day but we endeavour to be quicker for more urgent orders (we have a three hour service for really urgent cases!). Very rarely, it may take slightly longer to find an expert. Once we have found an expert and taken payment, the time for the delivery of your work then begins to run. Please keep this in mind when ordering. You are then sent your completed work via e-mail, before midnight, on the delivery date.

Q. Can you attempt my question?

A. We must put your question to our experts first.  We can't always guarantee that we can do all questions, but we do undertake the vast majority of projects - even those that are particularly difficult or from unusual subject areas. If we cannot find a researcher after 3 working days of trying, we will e-mail you to let you know.  You are welcome to telephone our dedicated customer support team to check on the progress of your order at any time.

Q. How can I use your work?

A. You must use our work for honest research purposes only - it cannot be handed in as your own. If in doubt you should consult your institution's guidelines on how to go about using a piece of copyrighted work to help you. Q. How do I know that your work will meet your promises?

Q. Can I visit your office?

A. Ordinarily we do not accept personal callers to our offices as all business can easily be conducted via the telephone or e-mail.

Q. Do you offer a marking service whereby I could submit a finished essay and you mark it and improve on it?

A. We do offer a marking service - we can proofread (only), or proofread, critique and mark your work. However, we cannot edit your work.  Due to our strict rules in respect of our copyright this would mean the work we provide would become our joint copyright. We feel that this would encourage students to hand in work that is not fully their own.

Q. I have an essay already written - can you change it?

A. Again no - due to the copyright rules of the company, as stated above, we do not undertake this service -- handing in a piece of work that is both ours and yours would be plagiarism.  We can however give the researcher your work to use as inspiration for them to write you an original piece.

Q. I'm worried - is this legal?

A. Put simply, yes! The service that we provide is a legitimate research service that provides wholly custom written work to help students with their studies. A. We only engage the top essay writers in the industry, all of whom provide an undertaking to award any customer that finds plagiarism in their work £5,000. In addition, we are so confident that our scanners and our Internal Q. C. Procedures will pick up any plagiarism in our work before we send it to you (at which point we will offer a full refund or a rewrite - but not £5,000) that we guarantee to you, if you identify any plagiarism in your work that we failed to detect, you are entitled to claim £5,000, plus your money back, plus a rewrite.

Q. How does your 'Completed On Time Or Your Money Back' Guarantee Work?

A. We guarantee that your work will be completed on time or you will get your money back. Better still - we will still deliver your essay to you. Remember, for added peace of mind, we send your completed work both in an email to you and upload it to a pre-agreed url on our website in case the mail does not reach you.  This URL is secure because only you have the address - it cannot be spidered by Google or Turnitin.

Q. What if the work was completed but I didn't receive it? Do I get my money back?

A. You agree that if we can prove to you that the work was completed on time, that the money back guarantee does not apply. Unavoidable technical errors may prevent you receiving your work or opening it properly - these circumstances are therefore outside of our control and guarantees. However, we promise that if we cannot prove that the work was completed on time you'll get a full refund and the essay for free - if you ever don't get your work on time just try us at 9am the next morning after you should have received your work - genuine technical problems are easily remediable.

Q. You say you maintain the highest guarantees of any legitimate UK essays company. What if I find otherwise?
A. If you find otherwise from any other genuine and legitimate UK essay company before ordering, we'll meet their guarantees (not just for you -- we'll better them permanently) and we'll do your work for FREE!

Q. Who judges whether or not the work is of a 2:1 Standard or 1st class standard?

A. Our in-house Q. C. team. It is then up to you to verify the standard and contact us within seven days if you are not happy.

Q. What happens if I don't believe that it is of 2:1 or 1st class standard?

A. Then simply email us within seven days (not including Sundays) of receiving it and tell us why - if we agree (which we most often will as we want you to be happy!) then we will amend it for you free of charge. Full instructions of who to contact are included in the emails sent to you with your work.

Q. Is your service fully confidential?

A. Yes. We fully respect your integrity and don't even need to take your real name. Your details will be kept wholly confidential throughout the process.

Q. Is the work available elsewhere?

A. No - all work is fully custom written, is scanned using our confidential in-house plagiarism software, and is not resold to any other customer -- even if they submit the same question on the same day as you.

Q. Do you send all the work you have done to a central database for universities to scan for plagiarism after you sell them?

A. No, we do not send our work out to any external database - universities or otherwise.  We do not, and will not, use Turnitin.

Plagiarism

Q. Can't I do what I want with the work?

A. You must assure us that you will use our work as an educational research tool only. The work remains our copyright and is not yours to hand in. It is there to inspire your final piece. If we believe any other motive exists for purchasing our work then we will not supply you.

Q. You say your service is legal but is it cheating?

A. You must read your university guidelines to see how they view our service. We offer no advice on this matter. We view our service as offering you a book for sale - but where you decide the pages you want writing, or as using an online personal tutor who suggests information you should know for your essay. You can also view our essays service as like a journal of published essays with the exact essay you were looking for. In our view, using the work like you would use any of the above to provide you with inspiration and ideas is not cheating: it is just the same as using any other piece of research to point you in the right direction.

Q. Your service looks likes it encourages plagiarism - do you?

A. Of course not! All work is our copyright, so cannot be handed in as your own. Not only would this be cheating but it would be a breach of the copyright of our work. Legally, if we wanted, we could sell you the copyright on the work too - but that would of course be encouraging cheating, and that's the opposite of what we aim to achieve. We advocate the supply of our experts' knowledge and experience to students.  We believe that a student with a guideline on how to answer any work is likely to understand the question and topic more than one without. This, we believe, can only improve educational standards in the UK.

Q. Do I need to reference the work?

A. This is something that you must make your own mind up about by looking at the guidelines of your university in particular. Bear in mind that the work is not going to be published for anyone to check or see. Again, we cannot accept responsibility for your decision to either cite us or not cite us.

Q. How do you know I won't cheat?

A. Plagiarism is always difficult to detect. Like any educational tool our essay writing service is of course open to abuse and it is up to you to be honest and assure us that you won't pass the work off as your own, by handing in some, or all of it. The threat of plagiarism occurring has never stopped anyone from writing a book, an article, lecture notes or publishing an educational website, and we won't allow it to stop our service and the provision of our services to the honest majority.

Q. What legitimate use would I be allowed to make of the work in writing my own piece?

A. We offer no advice on such queries, as all universities maintain different regulations. It is for you to satisfy yourself as to your own institutions rules and if and how you can use our services.  We would suggest that in the absence of any specific guidelines, the work will be used legitimately if you use it in exactly the same way that you would use a book or journal that you found on the same topic.

Q. If my supervisor does not accept some or all of your work can you amend it and what will the charge be?

A. You cannot hand in our work to your supervisor under the impression it is yours -- to do so is passing off our work as your own and is a breach of copyright as well as cheating. We do however allow you to show third parties if you assure them that the work that you are showing them is ours, and we will take their feedback into consideration.

Ordering

Q. How does the order process work?

A. You simply submit your essay to us via our online order form. We then contact the researchers that are qualified and experienced in your area of study to find how many are available. Once we have selected a researcher we will then call you back to inform you and to take payment. This usually takes 24 hours, but is quicker for urgent orders.

Q. Do you always find a researcher?

A. 19 out of 20 times yes, but there is of course the rare occasion when we cannot take on your order - we will mail you if we have not found a researcher after 3 working days. You are always welcome to call us to check the progress of your order and of course, there is no obligation to proceed - you can cancel at any time up until the point that we take payment.

Q. How do I pay and when?

A. Like all orders for goods and services payment must be taken before the order is begun. Payments can be taken over the phone, through a deposit into our bank account, or through our website using all major credit cards and debit cards. Sorry, we do not accept cheques. You can't access our payment page without ordering first - we will give you the address of the page once we have confirmed your order. For larger pieces we can accept instalments. We regret that we can no longer accept payment after delivery due to situations where our work has been received and then payment has not being made.

Q. Who deals with your payments?

A. All payments to us go through either Barclays Merchant Services (part of the famous high street bank, Barclays). Barclays independently verify all companies that they provide payments systems for.

Q. What if the work is late?

A. If your work is late you will get it for free. Accordingly, we are not in the habit of sending out work late to our customers!

Delivery

Q. How do I know I will get the work once I have paid?

A. The Sunday Times commissioned an undercover reporter to use our sister service Law Essays UK. If we were defrauding people they would have said! Also our payment providers would cut off their service to us and we would go out of business very quickly! Don't forget that we are a legitimate company with a UK trading address and a UK landline number who is registered at Companies House. Unlike other companies that comprise simply a website and an e-mail address, we have real people to speak to at a registered trading address. We have been in operation for 5+ years and work hard to maintain our reputation because we believe that the happier you are, the more people you will recommend us to!

Q. How do I receive work?

A. All work is e-mailed to you by e-mail and comes as an attachment in the form of a word document.

Q. What time will my work arrive?

A. All work will arrive on the day, or the day before you requested on your order form, E.g. If you requested a 5 day delivery, your work will arrive on day 5 or day 4 and so on. The usual time for delivery is 10.30 p.m. but during very busy times it will arrive before 12.00 midnight.
