(Ruibal) Many of the athletics that play in a profession of their choice they usually do cocaine or steroid why do they choose these drugs. Why these drugs well I can tell you that cocaine has a chemical in balance that will make u more alert and have an erg to run or walk or just do something that uses energy, it also take the feeling of pain away so if u get hit you don't exactly feel it till you come done, some of the long term affect that happened to the human body are, "Central nervous system and brain damage, AID if injected with an infected needle, extremely high heart rate possible stroke or heart attack."(Peck) There are many ways you can figure out that people do cocaine by these common signs like "nose bleeds, loss of sleep, weight loss, depression, violent behavior, the shakes, loss of interest, poor appearance."(Peck) Most first time users usually think that cocaine will stay in there system but the most time that it usually will stay in will "be 1-2 days, there is many nickname for this very popular 1970 drug which are, Candy, Coke, Crack, Flake, Rocks, Snow, Whiteout." (OHS Privacy Policy) One of the other most common drugs in sports is steroids this drug is highly addictive it helps the athletes by reproducing there testosterone cells extremely fast. This drug has more potential users in the sport of baseball because the muscles in your are like your bisects and pectoral muscles can get really powerful which that power can cause a stronger swing to allow you to hit homeruns and line drives and allow you to throw the ball twice as hard and fast. Some of the long-term affect that happened with usage of steroids is, "uncontrolled weight gain, brain drastic mood swing, heart blood pressure, kidney malfunction or failure, liver damage, possible tumor, Skin tumors, acne, bone growth, sex organs get smaller, also infertility."(Peck) So how does this drug effect you in the sport of your choice well in and physical sport it will make you have out breaks of rage and always going to want to take it, loss of friends and even possible weight gain large pounds of muscle and fat. Some of the street names that steroid have are (Stanzolol, Stanazolol, Nandrolene; Steroids, Roids, Juice). Some of the long term effect that marijuana has on the body are, it will cause to have mood swings, redness of the eyes, brain damage you start thinking like a retard, possible lung cancer, damage to your testicles like smaller. "You can tell of the use of this drug by these come sign of drug usage, memory loss, loss of coordination, loss of concentration, loss of motivation, unusual fears."(Peck) In this margin of time of smoking it will hurt in the sport by lost of memory for a play or move. All though marijuana is considered bad some people are trying to legalize marijuana for medical health. One of the most common things that a first time marijuana smoker will say is how long will it stay in my system that answer is the daily, "heavy user can sometimes be detected up to 30+ days but if its your firs time will be most likely be 10 to 12 days." (OHS Privacy Policy) There is many nickname for this drug here are a few street names that are even used in near by towns like Homedale, Marsing, and Caldwell, "Bud, Blunt, Grass, Herb, Pot, Reefer, Sinsemilla, Smoke, Weed." Some anticancer drugs cause nausea and vomiting because they affect parts of the brain that control vomiting and or irritate the stomach lining. There is many way to not get involved into drugs while our in sports like, many of the kids that I know usually try to find new friends that aren't in to down steroids or shorting cocaine, even though there is many kids that like to do them but not every one is like the rest some of them know how to refuses the temptation. Lucky im one of that kid that can refuses the temptation of doing any drugs during and not during a sport.
