Poverty Research Social
Turning with the dependent variable, it has many approaches to the analysis of poverty. The reason of this research is while poverty is considered for multi-dimensional and lively, the Livelihoods asset extend a useful approach to identify the size of poverty supposed to be most relevant for this Research. Usually, this framework will express as include four clusters of assets or capital. These are as below:
Social human Financial Physical.
This research will come together social and human capitals for the SOCIAL aspect, and physical and financial capitals for the ECONOMIC aspect.
This research will need more focus to achieve its objective. Despite the fact that many dimensions of poverty can be identified, this research will focus on six dimension to be change include by access to ICT.

The economic view of poverty are divided that relate to income or consumption of the household measured by the usual money-metric indicators such as per capita house hold expenditure and the financial and physical assets that the household has access to saving or land. The social aspects of poverty comprise more usual idea of access to necessary services and infrastructure and also less distinct fundamentals like social exclusion, inclusion, empowerment and contribution. The last part of social component relates to the occurrence of risk and vulnerability and the ability to cope with or adapt to such vulnerability.
Exit to the independent variable, According to Slater and Tacchi (2004) ICT has been defined in many ways such as , consider ICT as surrounding a full range of information and communication technologies, which include TV, Radio, substantial notice boards, computers and the Internet. the idea of an ICT System rather than take on a more narrow approach on the technologies themselves. It is clear that communication and the information that results is produced not just by technical factors, it is as well by the economic and social circumstance, which may improve the value of such information. This research method refers to the total variety of information and communication flows in a community. This systems have three components theses are technical, economic, and social.
In the ICT system three sub system are being considered first one is Technical sub-system which include punter technologies, networks and access infrastructure and to use the application. Second one is economic sub-system include economic organization such as (marketplace, enterprises and consumers) cost structures and regulatory framework. Finally in the social sub-system include social actors such as (communities, enterprises, household and individuals), political process, social interactions and networks. In the technical sub-system some focus is necessary in terms of which ICT will be covered in this research. These will be means of communication, including radio , TV, mobile, fixed line, fax and internet access as well as email and wed service . This research will describe interaction between the various components of the analytical framework.
