Room Bedroom Floor
Tips for a Healthier Room: The bedroom is the most personal and private space one can own and occupy. For it to be a comfortable place to relax and study it should be organized in a way that it will be tidy and orderly.
Organizing a bedroom is not as hard as creating your own corporation. You can do it anytime. But before you do that, you should be armed with concentration for the task and aiming to finish it before jumping to another activity on one's list. Here are some tips;
First, one should literally clean the room. Get rid of unnecessary stuff on the floor, cabinet and on your desk, this includes toys, books and most importantly the unwashed shoes. Imagine if you enter your room and then suddenly you lost your balance for stepping unto marbles on the floor and landing flat on your face. That would ruin your day, right, if not your entire week. Marbles, if you still have some should be organized in canisters, and shoes should be in its proper place, which is under the bed, or in a shoe rack.
In order for you to have space for the things that you are currently using, like your books, and for your new things, you should get rid of the older things which piles up on your closet and desk. Put them in a box and place that in the garage or the attic, but it's much better if you donate it to a charity.
A laundry basket does not cost that much, so buy one to organize your dirty clothes, put those in the basket and place the basket in a corner.
Use a corkboard to organize and track down school activities. Write the activities down on a paper and post it on the corkboard, remember, the worst ink is better than the best memory.
The condition of the study area affects how one studies, therefore it is important that it is clean and well-organized. Put pens and other basic school supply in one single drawer for it to be located easier.
Organise your closet by either folding or hanging your clothes. In doing so, it will be easier to use a garment for its purpose, whether for an occasion or because of the weather.
A phone unit in the room, if there is any, should be strategically located to a place where it is easily reachable.
There should be a copy of important numbers near the phone unit in case one should need assistance and to avoid the hassle for looking for it somewhere else.
Computer units should be organized in the room and be place somewhere safe to avoid accidents such as bumping into the computer causing it to fall or spilling liquids to papers.
