Such include the application of the information Technology which has eroded the classical management strategies. The scientific management bases its attention on the interactions between worker and machine. Efficiency and production in an organisation can be highly boosted by raising the production process efficiency. The efficiency addresses issues of how created employment economise time, energy among other productive resources.
According to Barnard Chester in 1950s with the Human Resources school, he suggested that the human resource symbolised a substantial development from human associations. The behavioural strategy seemed always not to improve the productivity. This facilitated leadership and inspiration systems to be the matter of great interest. If for this case the management discovers it was due to negligence, such staff members should be warned and if such persists, the case should be forwarded to authority for further measures. The use of manual approaches in organisational operations was applied in classical era. The organisation still bases some of its operations in suchconcepts. In turn, this gives the workers a very hard time in tracing the patient's information for references. Such a delay would result to deaths to the serious patients which would be a very great weakness for the organisation. To overcome this problem, there should be establishment of digital measures of data storage. This would assist in deducing and understanding the health care information so as to achieve skills and intelligence in the process of dealing with large quantities of clinical data.
Since clinical statistics is dynamic naturally, there should be need for the capability of understanding and interpreting the frame work-based health care information. Also to overcome this problem of data recovery, there should be establishment of KM system, which incorporates patients just from the moment they enter the hospital and tracks them all through the care process. Meticulously, the anticipated system of KM would update the clinical skills into the workflow of health care development at Reddix Hospital. When such policies are implemented in the workplace, the employees would perform effectively in fear of loosing their jobs.
In any organisation, not unless there are well laid down structures showing how the duties should be carried out, the employees would be mixed up in the process and eventually find most of the areas unattended. Reddix organisation was a victim of this problem. To overcome this, the management should ensure that there is a health work flow procedures which define how the workers should attend to their daily activities. This in turn can lead to effective performance in the health care i.e. each and every employee should know his or her role in the organisation and work freely without any supervision.
To fully address this problem, Reddix should facilitate all the organisational potentialities and also create a new holistic organisational structure which can enable both inventive and innovative creativity. Also this problem can be solved through clear understanding of clinical information to deal with large data. Reddix should combine the aspects of Technology, people and process which if well incorporated can definitely yield better results.
The senior management should strategise and undertake the necessary steps in order to create, develop and also reinforce a persistent knowledge culture. Such include; (i) understanding: The senior manager should ensure that he or she gains a thorough awareness of the organisational environment, the firm and its culture. Such considerations of organisational customs includes knowing the firms capacity to respond to both internal and external factors, for instance the introduction of new rules and regulations in the organisation, the effectiveness of adapting to the new technology among others. (ii) Planning. This aspect involves putting in place the appropriate directions which would facilitate effective performance in the organisation. For instance effective communication measures at all organisations. For instance, effective communication measures at all levels. Both the firm and its employees should have a clear know-how of operations and the objectives. (iii) Implementing is another step which should be applied by the management. Since most of the failures with the Reddix organisation are as a result of application of old fashioned systems of management, there should be establishment of current systems which cope with the new technology. For instance, the information technology and also KM systems to provide effective performance. (iv) Control of the processes being changed is the last process, the senior manager should ensure the employees are mentally prepared to expect the unexpected, be able to keep a follow up for the processes and also be count for improvement and learn from the passed happenings so as to know how to modify the changes.
