There are many patients who are admitted in our hospitals and health cares centers every day. This shows the huge tasks which is put over our shoulders. The field of nursing in our country is given the highest considerations in terms of services delivery and in all other aspects of any other responsibility.

For many years, the sectors has quite well delivered excellent services to all people who visits the various health cares centers in the different parts of the state. This reputation has been developed through safe and secure practices which patients have received.

This has been in accordance for what a professional nursing career demand. This means that a lot has been achieved in putting the patients deteriorating health conditions back to its best. This included attending to both patients who required your services in emergency cases as well people with frequent problems often visits the health centers. First and foremost are congratulations to all who have contributed to excellent results which have been of graet help for smooth running of the centers. The department would have proud of continued receptions similar outcomes.

Then, while we define nursing as a special part in the health cares work, it is goods to recognize that the patients’ safety is paramount consideration for the present and future growth of the healthcare sectors. This sector has vital role in observing the general safety precautions as its actions may in ones way directly or indirectly affects individual patient as well as family life physically and physiologically.

When certain careless mistakes occur through our ignorance, patients suffer more and the infections are augmented, hence the focus of nursing is lost and the missions and goals are never achieved. Furthermore, the patient’s confidence is lost. This perhaps has leads to people deciding to remain at home for fear of having their infection disease complicated by the services being rendered to them. (Laws, 2003)

From the recent past data reports, there is alarming situations which is cropping in the sectors where by the lives of patients are being put at stake. Based on the data researches it is estimated that in the last five years millions of patients have been infected with some complicated diseases in hospital and healthcare centers.

Currently, the research reports indicates that five patients in two patients admitted to the hospital many countries are fall victims complicated others diseases which the had not suffered before as results of lack of safety observations while carrying out their duties.

The problem of safety on patients is therefore an issue that has been in persistence. In most developing countries the issues is more pronounced than in developed country like our. Perhaps this is due to the fact the country has fortunately provided their services at an affordable costs. Still the government and the organizations of healthcare are dedicated to staffing the sectors with the skill personnel as well as dedicated professional persons. What make someone want is the causes of all these errors. Although it is said by many peoples that man is to err, I think life demands more carefulness than anything else. (Alexander, 2005)

Some of the reasons for these errors to occur are associated with the interactions of the patients and nurse. This is because the health care work in hospital entails a range of complex system between the two parties as well as the facilities provided. This means that technology and skills is a core to the successful delivery of services to the patients.

However, I believe that this is not major issues here in the states where highly technological facilities have been innovated and invented. The major errors which are now being realized are causing up from the personnel departs and the patients interaction.

Within the previous two years the heath sectors has been blamed over the errors which have affected patients. The major causes of these have been establishes as being generated from the field of injections. The problems of injections are ministered in many parts of patients’ treatment of disease. This is common practices which we do carry out for reasons of administering medicine to both children since the moment they are born to the moment someone comes to the old age. It is used to administer both curative and preventives medicines.

The high applications of the method in administering during since many years passed has been effect and of advantages especially when it come to drug dispensation to the young sibling who can swallow tablets. In addition, it has been widely applied to dispense medicines to those very sick people who are in critical conditions. Still there other are more area which has been of vital important especially when people gets involved in accidents such that swallowing of liquids and solids foods is problematic.

The application of the injection method has been augmented by the fact that most patients have been reported to prefer it to tables. Although, there are all these numerous advantages which can be derived from it, there are relative disadvantages which are emerging from its use to both to the nurses and the patients. This is mostly in consideration to the risks which have emerged from the usages and disposal of the syringes as well as the medicines being used together. (Goyal, 2005)

Due to the rampant practices which are highly risking the lives of citizens on the sexual transmitted diseases, the use of injections is not placing its application on the rights direction. Many people have been reported to get infected with sexually transmitted diseases such HIV/ aids disease. This is has been done through the carelessness of some of the nurse using same injections syringe for more than one individuals. This follows as results of the corrupted way of employment which has taken place in the past ten years. The safety for the patients is then s at risk.

The high prevalence of problems arising as result of injection is coming from the injection of patients with the problem requiring blood transfusion. Millions of patients are not saved from simple illnesses due to transfused transmitted diseases. Injections which are carried out during blood transfusions posse the risk of transmitting complicated diseases to the patient. This major injection issue must be contained for the nursing sectors to remain credible in executing its activities.

The department of the health sectors is therefore obligeds to ensure that the unethical methodology of employing of unskilled people through the back doors is brought to an end. The people who have entered the sector through these unusual entries will quickly and soon be ousted from their offices with immediate effects as they are detected.

This call for the government to investigate these people to help the risk of patients from furthers receiving services from unskilled workers. This will further help the government from incurring high costs on treatment of patients who have contracted diseases from the nurses’ carelessness.

It is estimated from the last year’s budget that there was an increase on the government expenditure on catering for health services. This is probably one area which lead to the rise of these costs as such unscreened employees can always mess up with the medicine during injections. There are also high chances for them for the spending being hiked by the new complications which infected the patients developed. (Kron, 2006)

To check on the injections of the blood transfusion which are causing another alarm, bloods for transfusion must be screened with the high instruments which can detects the diseases pathogens with the highest degree. This is going to minimize the probabilities of transfusing the blood while it is infected by the pathogens.

The governance of the health care facilities are then obliged to ensure that the blood kept in blood banks in the hospitals is free from contaminations. This will ensures that both the patients and the nurses are not at risk at times of transfusion process. It is therefore that the actions are taken with good gestures to ensure improvement on the blood safety is taken into considerations.

This will be done through both the nurses’ effort and the other people on the sector. All their efforts should be geared towards the implementation of safe methods during injects ions from the donors and the patients. For this to be achieved by the health sector, the nurses must ensure that they promote hand hygiene which is associated to the procedures for blood collection and processing. Moreover, hand hygiene should be incorporated to even the in the stages of the use of blood products. If the continued risk has to be put to an end, they should seriously strengthen use of sterile syringes.

It is not by voluntary means that country has to commit it ability to implement the use auto-disabled syringes which will enable the nurses to use it once and for all. Further the set target should aim at ensuring there is safe disposal of all those sharp objects which has been used in the previous injection processes. Generally the nurses should implement this in organization by ensuring there are adequate syringes of the right kind in the work places. (Budasi, 2006)
