Abstract:

This written paper has the outcome of a study of the Corporate Social Responsibilities. Corporate social responsibility is necessary for company in current competitive environment and necessary to sustain a growth in the future. CSR is also an important element for the employees of the company to build a good relationship and develops top quality employees. When company give importance to his employees and care of them, then it build strong association and create motivation factor so that they became loyal with the organization.

Hence now it is significant to learn for organization in their “societal, political, and cost-effective structure, contained by which individual life takes place (Gray et al. 1996)”.

Executive summary:

Concept of corporate social responsibility means that organization’s join together societal and environmental concerns in their commerce activities and in their relations among stakeholders on a voluntary base (EU 2001).

Corporate Social Responsibility is important for every organization and it creates competitive edge for the company to build a long term relationship with customers so that they become loyal customer and as well as top management create relationship with the organization employees for motivation factor and solving their problem.

CSR lead toward the extensively implement of organization to practice those policies, to take action on those decisions, or to pursue those position of exploit which are wanted in conditions of the objectives and ethics of our society (Carroll, 1999).

Like it introduce economy services for poor people and also donate some NGO’s. Mobilink and its employees contribute comprehensively to local organizations and the general public projects and enhances the life of Pakistanis people in a way through finance in education sector, health sector, and the environment of region an educated, healthy society is Pakistan’s key for sustainable development. Mobilink also sponsor some events for the association with external stake holder and society like Mobilink manage event cultural festival and like other occasional events, which are good way to build relationship among the society people.

Mobilink is implementing corporate social responsibilities but there is still need that it takes such steps like now due to competition in telecommunication sectors and all companies are in rivalry in this region and in these days company is going towards downsizing. So there is need that take such action in which company satisfy their employees and may not discourage them.

2. Introduction

In this research report analyzes the topic of corporate social responsibilities of Mobilink telecom in Pakistan and CSR for Mobilink is also an important element for the employees of the company to build a good relationship and develops top quality employees.
