When a country is going thru development stage, many factors have to be scarified. If a country wants to build more structure, forest has to be destroyed. And as a result animal run out of no way, due to forest is getting destroyed and the air will get more polluted. Because plant in the forest is filter all the carbon dioxide and process into oxygen. While a country is fully developed, these countries will pay attention on military training. Nuclear weapons will be tested out, as a result temperate on Earth will getting higher. Due to the increasing popularity on earth, the usage of automobiles will be getting higher. As a result, carbon dioxide that is released by automobiles will make the air pollution get worse. When a country is developing, power will be the main factor due to a lot of aspect such as a mass structure that needed electric to function and the numbers of power plant will be increase, because the demand for electric will be increase. So, gas that released by power plant is part of the contribution to the air pollution. Air pollution is mainly caused by nuclear weapon, automobiles and power plant as a result acid rain; air quality index and global warming are seriously affected.
Many people may not realize how serious the air pollution that are becoming is. Some of them may also do not know what exactly air pollution is. Air pollution is the transformation of the natural distinguishes of the atmosphere by artificial, selective phenomenon, or biological representative. Atmosphere is miracle and continuously changing in natural airy coordination which is the fundamental on Earth that to ensure life sustainability (Air pollution 2007). Ozone is destroying because of the air pollution that are been recognized by human as a threat toward health and also to the ecosystem on Earth. Global air pollution is the main reason that causes high numbers of deaths and cases of respiratory affection (Air pollution 2007). Meantime main anchored causes are usually articulated along with air pollution, the greatest causes of ejections are mobile sources that are generally automobiles. Gases that released by automobiles are carbon dioxide, that are subscribe to global warming, which have lately gained acceptance as pollutants by a few scientists (Air pollution 2007).A lots of impacts in the air that can damage the condition of plants and animals that are included humans. These begin from both natural procedure and action that conduct by human. Pollutants able to be restricted into two category and there category are primary or secondary (Air pollution 2007). The primary pollutants are directly emitted and secondary pollutants are not directly emitted. The secondary pollutants appear in the air when the primary pollutants are reacting. The primary pollutants are such as the dust come from a volcanic blast or gas that are released from automobiles. The secondary pollutants are such as the ground level ozone which makes up photochemical smog (Air pollution 2007).
There main causes of air pollution are nuclear weapons, automobiles and power plant. Nuclear weapon has contributed a part on air pollution and it has effected the global warming to a higher stage. Nuclear weapon is deduced as a force of destructive from the fusion of the nuclear reaction. Therefore, a nuclear weapon with a small production but it is far more stronger than the most conventional volatile and a single nuclear weapon has the ability to destroying an entire metropolitan (Nuclear weapon 2007) .The past conflicts, the first two nuclear weapons have been created and set off by the United States, during the World War II. The first nuclear weapon was set off by the United States on the Japanese city of Hiroshima. The second nuclear weapon was set off after three days later on the city of Nagasaki (Nuclear weapon 2007). As a result, these bombings have caused immediate deaths of 120,000 people from the explosion of the nuclear weapon. The nuclear weapons have acute radiation illness and long term radiation cause more death (Nuclear weapon 2007). After the bombing in Hiroshima and Nagasaki of Japan, nuclear weapons have been set off over two thousand occasions for the purposes of testing and demonstration (Nuclear weapon 2007). The countries that are known as to have set off such a destructive weapons are the United States of America, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, France, the People's Republic of China, India, Pakistan, and North Korea. Other countries may contain the nuclear weapons but not allow publicly on ownership, or claims to ownership to have also not been verified (Nuclear weapon 2007). Although the nuclear weapon was set off on the unoccupied places such as Enewetak of Marshall Island. But it still will affect the global temperature to rise to a higher level. The energy of nuclear weapon has been use as a source of power to generate electricity, due to the high demand for electric and able to replace other kind of power plant. Even though it will not only contribute to air pollution, but it will cause the radiation from nuclear weapons that are able to give a negative impact on human and plant.
The second reason of air pollution is causes by automobiles, automobiles able to become one of the main reason is due to the carbon dioxide that released by automobiles. Automobiles able to become a big contribution on air pollution are due to the rising of the usage on automobiles. Whereby, automobiles contribute a major part on air pollution due to the industrialized of nations. Study states that air quality of dozens metropolitan region got worse over the lately period. As a result, it has kill about 1.2 million people worldwide on every year and people around forty times about the number get hurt (Automobiles 2007). Due to the increasing of popularity on Earth and the attitude of people, as the result the numbers of automobiles is increasing. This is because when the popularity is increasing, therefore the demand for automobiles will increase too. And as the matter of effects, it will cause a lot of carbon dioxide to be released. The attitude of people also contributes to the air pollution. When a person is accepted the idea of sharing car this may able to reduce air pollution. But some of the people do not accept this idea due to the status on the community, so they rather to become a contributor to the air pollution then accept the idea of sharing car to reach certain place. But usually it would not happen in country that have a lot of public facility which able to send a person to reach a destination. It would be prior to encourage people to use public transport than using personal transportation to reach the destination.
Another reason of air pollution is causes by power plant; a power plant is mention as a power station. Power plant is an industrial appliance for the production of electric power. At the center of every power stations is a generator, it is a rotate machinery which adapt energy of mechanical and process into electrical energy with the creation of relative motion in between a conductor and a magnetic field (Power station 2007). The source of energy that harnessed will change the generator varies broadly. The power plant is mainly count on what type of fuels that are available and easily to be found, it is also depends on the kinds of technology that access by the power company (Power station 2007). There are many types of power plant that are created by human to generate electric power. The types of power plant are thermal power plant, nuclear power plant; hydroelectricity power plant, solar power plant, wind power plant and etc. The thermal power plant uses the cooling towers to maintain the temperature of the power plant. But gas released by the cooling towers is going to harm the environment. Follow by the hydroelectricity power plant; it is using the water to turn the turbine. But before build the power plant a forest has to be destroyed. Lastly, the types of power plant that contribute on the air pollution are the nuclear power plant. Although the nuclear power plant is able generate a huge amount of electric than other kinds of power plant. But the nuclear power plant will released a gas that will harm the atmosphere on Earth and also environment around the power plant.
Effect that seriously causes by air pollution is acid rain, global warming and air quality index that are going up around the Earth. Acid rain is usually pointed to the meaning of deposition on acidic element in the weather. The Acid rain is also able to be more accurate in the term of acid precipitation. Water that is distilled does not hold carbon dioxide and has a level 7 on the neutral pH (Acid rain 2007). Liquids that have less than level 7 in the natural pH are acidic and those have more than level 7 in the natural pH is basic. Rain that are clean or unpolluted has minor acidic and at the level of 5.0 in the natural pH. The level of 5.0 in the natural pH, this is cause by carbon dioxide in the air respond together with water to create a carbonic acid, and carbonic acid is weak acid (Acid rain 2007). Extra acidity that found in rain that appear from the air pollutants, the air pollutant are mainly sulfur and nitrogen oxides. The sulfuric and nitric acid is able to create a strong acid in the water. The vehicles, factory, and power generating plant are the main causes of these pollutants (Acid rain 2007). As a result, Acid rain able to give negative effects toward plants, aquatic animals and structure. Lately, quite a numbers of governments from different country have announces the laws to decrease on the usage emissions (Acid rain 2007). When people get in touch with the acid rain for a long period, it will cause the person to affect by skin cancer. But it would not cause the skin cancer immediately on that person. That person has to contact with the acid rain for a long period and without appropriate medical care. As a result, that person will get skin cancer. The acid rain will causes acidification on lakes and involve into the damage of plants at high height and a lot of impressionable on forest. Acid rain boosts the collapse of structure and damages the paints that are include unfixable structures which have the value of nation (Effects of Acid Rain 2007).
The second effects of air pollution are global warming. Global warming mention on the boost of the common temperature on the Earth that are near to the surface of air and oceans in lately period and it will continue. World wide common air temperature is almost the Earth's surface and has rose to 0.74 from 0.18 °C within the lately 100 years (Global warming 2007). The increasing of world wide temperatures can be the source due to the level of sea to rise and assumed to boost the intensity of the events of ultimate weather and able to make the different in the precipitation (Global warming 2007). The effects of global warming are include the different in agricultural production, rare species to face extinctions and boost the ranges of affection of machine. The readily scientific uncertainly involve the numbers of the warming assumed in future (Global warming 2007). The changes due to warming that are related can vary from area to area within the earth. The continuous governmental and global community discussion toward action that are to be taken in order to decline or to adjust to its consequences in the future (Global warming 2007). When the global warming is getting worse, it causes the ozone level to be severely. Not only will affected the ozone, it will also affected the numbers of plants around the earth to be reduced tremendously and it will cause the air pollution to get into a worse condition. This is because the plant is a kind of filter that able to process the carbon dioxide into oxygen. Global warming also has caused negative impacts on the eco system. The negative impacts are extreme weather, increase of evaporation and etc.
Another effect is air quality index is increasing; the air quality index is a regular sign of the air quality in a certain area. The function of the air quality index is to measures the ground level of the ozone and specification. Different organization around the planet is measure like an index, though meaning that can make a different in between areas (Air Quality Index 2007). When the air quality index increase, the health of human effects was caused by air pollutants that are range from the biochemical to physiological different in hardly of breathing, able to get coughing for a long time and annoyance of get by respiratory and the conditions of cardiac (Air pollution 2007). All this result can effect in the increasing of the usage of education, the visit to doctor will also increase, more admissions to hospital and fatality. The poor air quality can effect the human health are far more reaching. Individual that react to the air pollutants are depends on the kinds of pollutant that the person is facing toward and the health status of the individual (Air pollution 2007). Different country has different kind of measurement, for example the environmental protection agency from United States where the measurement can go up to 500 point. But when the air quality index in United States goes up to 500 points, then it will not suit to be a living place anymore. This is because people who have heart illnesses will get acknowledge about the meaning annoyance of the heart illness symptoms. It would also be spread widely of the symptoms into the population that are healthy (Air pollution 2007).Another effects is that when the air quality index increase it will dangerous the driver on the road. And if the driver is lack of experience it will cause the driver in a condition that is challenging. This incident happen in Malaysia lately, the haze was come from Indonesia due to their forest occur a critical fire. The haze causes the Malaysian driver unable to see clearly of the road in front. If all this happen, it will cause the driver to pay extra attention toward their driving. If not it will cause accident or fatalities which are unwanted.
In conclusion, the causes of air pollution are nuclear weapon, automobiles and power plant. The serious effects that create by air pollution are global warming, acid rain and on air quality index. As a result, air pollution is getting critical whereby it should be going thru a process to reduce it. Solution that should carry out on the purpose to reduce the air pollution is mainly on the education for the student start from primary school. With an early education, it is able to influence the student on the idea of saving the earth from air pollution from young. It would be easier to educate from young, which air pollution would affect our everyday lives.
