With the enterprise the ERP system can go under any kind of changes the company environment and this would help the to build their system in the company business. With the ERP system that keeps growing with other companies and been well prescribe to the system with prices of items keeps running a company. With essential the ERP is essential for the companies data technology.
Today these packages are to be designed to help the business work load and the system, also be able to represent a overview of the company and letting system and the employees work in the building or at home where they would feel comfortable. When this company first came out with this system the (ERP) system was to handle many things and take over the old tradition of the old system for the other companies demand and improve service.
There were research that have prescribed the company size in a different that has strength. It seem to been agree that the company size can be essential by the use of the company work force for their turnover sales.
Ec, 2003 (European Commission) fines small and medium businesses to follow the companies that have 250 employees are consider as medium and the companies that have 50 employees are consider as small companies. The companies that are medium size their annual turn over of less then euro50 million would be consider as medium size firms and the ones that are less then 50 workers would have a turnover less then euro10 million (Lakkanen et al, 2005).
The employees of the companies structure are has another word for them and that is (organizational design) they could be described as in many different ways the system can identify and could provide papers to scribe the employees of the companies.
With organizational culture these can be viewed in different ways in perspectives ways. And according to Kanungo et al, (2001, p. 32). And if its weak or strong I would have to say strong because if you can find different ways in a research on a company on how it can be run then I would have to say it would be strong.
Other businesses can use this system to let their employees as models. They have study in several cases in other companies in other countries that could let out that ERP system the companies were talking about to the associates with their overview sales from their technology and the quantity of several companies.
